Delicious Lamb Cube Tagine

Lamb, potatoes and green peas one pot tagine recipe – 1 Hour

Lamb Tagine is a Great delicious recipe that can be used to gain. Rich in protein and Carbs! cooking has never been easier

Ingredients:

  • 300 grams of lamb cubes
  • 1 tbsp of turmeric
  • 1\2 tbsp of paprika
  • 1tbsp of ginger powder
  • 1\2 tbsp of salt\ or to taste
  • 1 cube of meat stock
  • 2 big potatoes cut into cubes
  • 300 grams of green peas
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 3 tbsp of olive oil

Instructions:

Put one chopped onion, lamb and all the spices in a pressure cooker or slow cooker, add olive oil and let simmer for 3 minutes. Your lamb must be changing color now! Add 5 cups of water, close you pressure cooker and let it cook for 50 minutes on medium heat. Open you pressure cooker add your potatoes and green peas, cook for another 15 minutes. Let the sauce reduce for 10 minutes

PS. If you have tagine, once the meal is ready, you can pour it in and let it simmer for 10 mins more to get that rich exotic taste.
