  • 300 grams of succulent lamb cubes
  • 1 tablespoon of aromatic turmeric
  • 1/2 tablespoon of flavorful paprika
  • 1 tablespoon of zesty ginger powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon of salt (adjust to taste)
  • 1 cube of savory meat stock
  • 2 large potatoes, cubed
  • 300 grams of fresh green peas
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 3 tablespoons of premium olive oil

    1. In a pressure cooker or slow cooker, combine the chopped onion, lamb cubes, and an array of spices including turmeric, paprika, ginger powder, and salt. Drizzle with olive oil and sauté for approximately 3 minutes until the lamb begins to change color, releasing enticing aromas.
    2. Pour in 5 cups of water, ensuring the lamb is submerged. Seal the pressure cooker and allow it to cook for 50 minutes over medium heat, allowing the flavors to meld and intensify.
    3. After the cooking time has elapsed, carefully open the pressure cooker and add the cubed potatoes and fresh green peas. Continue cooking for an additional 15 minutes, allowing the vegetables to tenderize and absorb the rich flavors of the broth.
    4. To further enhance the dish’s exotic allure, allow the sauce to simmer and reduce for an additional 10 minutes, intensifying its depth and complexity.

PS. If you have tagine, once the meal is ready, you can pour it in and let it simmer for 10 mins more to get that rich exotic taste.
