I don’t just understand anatomy from a textbook; I understand it through the lens of a lifelong journey with lupus. I know what it’s like to navigate a body that doesn’t always cooperate, which allows me to build programs that are sustainable, compassionate, and effective even on your hardest days.
I’m not a ‘carbon-cutter’ trainer. Having fought my way back from significant injury, I meet you exactly where you are today—not where a fitness magazine says you should be. I’m proof that fitness isn’t about a specific look; it’s about the relentless pursuit of movement and capability.
My coaching style is high-empathy but zero-quit. Because I’ve had to be relentless in my own life to overcome physical obstacles, I bring that same grit to your journey. I won’t let you give up on yourself, because I know firsthand that your current struggle is not your final destination.
With a background in physically demanding industries, I’ve learned that true strength is multifaceted. I teach my clients that motion and power aren’t defined by size. Whether you’re recovering from an injury or starting from scratch, we focus on what your body can do, not just how it occupies space.
Most trainers focus on the ‘after’ photo. I focus on the ‘right now.’ Between managing lupus since childhood and returning from my own major injuries, I’ve built a ‘no-quit’ coaching style rooted in deep empathy. I don’t look like the average trainer because I don’t train like one—I provide a realistic, relentless path to movement for people who need a partner, not just a cheerleader.
