Hi, I’m Estef — a fitness coach specialized in pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and helping women rebuild their strength in real life.

I’m not just a coach — I’m a mom. I understand what it feels like to navigate your body through pregnancy, recovery, lack of sleep, and everything in between. That’s why my approach is realistic, sustainable, and designed for your current stage of life — not a “perfect routine” that doesn’t fit your reality.

Over the years, I’ve helped women go from feeling disconnected from their bodies to feeling strong, confident, and in control again — without extreme dieting or overwhelming workout plans.

My method focuses on:
